Knowing whether required equipment is being worn, continuously, not during the one audit a month
A manual safety walk catches what's happening the hour someone is watching. We are engineering a reusable computer vision capability that watches continuously and turns what it sees into an evidence-backed event your team can review. This is a proprietary capability in development, shown here as a reference architecture, ready for a scoped proof of concept, not a finished product.
A clipboard check tells you about one moment. Not the shift.
Most safety and compliance monitoring today is a person walking a floor on a schedule, or a camera feed nobody watches until after something goes wrong. Neither one tells you, continuously, whether required equipment is actually being worn in the zones where it matters.
We are building a reusable engine that reads video, understands the zone and the policy that applies to it, and turns a detected gap into a reviewable event, with the evidence attached, instead of a number on a monthly report.
See it on a fictional shift
Pick a scenario. These are illustrative examples built for this page, not a client's cameras and not a connected pipeline.
Reference architecture, not a published benchmark
How the engine is layered
Five layers, deployable at the edge, in the cloud, or hybrid. The engine is reusable; the zones, rules, and thresholds are configured per site.
Input
Cameras and streams you already have, edge, cloud, or hybrid.
Perception
Detection, tracking, and pose. Anonymous by design, no identity matching.
Context
Which zone this is, and how long a condition has persisted.
Decision
A rules engine applies the policy for that zone, gated by confidence.
Action
API, webhook, alert, or dashboard, with a person reviewing before anything is final.
Where this could apply
The same reusable engine, an adaptation layer per site. Not a list of places it already runs.
Manufacturing
PPE and zone-access compliance on the floor.
Construction
Site-wide safety monitoring across changing crews and zones.
Logistics
Dock and yard safety where equipment and vehicles share space.
Hospitality
Kitchen hygiene and back-of-house compliance.
Healthcare
PPE and sterile-zone compliance where the margin for error is lowest.
Retail
Stockroom and loading-area safety compliance.
Questions worth asking before a call
Honest answers, including where we draw the line on what's proven versus what's a reference architecture.
Is this already running for a client?
No. This is a proprietary capability in development, shown here as a reference architecture. We would validate it against your real cameras and your real policy through a scoped proof of concept before any production decision.
Does this require facial recognition?
No. Detection is built around PPE, zone, and object presence, not identity. The engine does not require facial recognition.
Will this guarantee 100% detection?
No system does, and we won't claim one that does. False-positive and false-negative rates are measured and reported during the proof of concept, against your own cameras and conditions, not promised upfront.
What cameras or hardware do we need?
It depends on the site. Camera compatibility, lighting, and placement are scoped during a technical and data assessment, not assumed to work with any camera you already have.
Tell us about the zone or policy you want monitored
Short on purpose. A 30-minute technical conversation is faster than a long form, and this gets us there with enough context to be useful on the call.
- No generic sales deck. We talk about your actual site and cameras.
- No commitment. This is a technical conversation, not a contract.
- You'll hear from an engineer, not a BDR reading a script.
Got it.
We'll reply from a real inbox, usually within one business day, to set up the technical conversation.
Prefer to just talk it through?
Book a 30-minute discovery call. We'll walk through the zones and policy you want monitored and tell you honestly what stage this capability is at.
